On a territory of a few square kilometres this small state situated along by the sea at the foot of the mountain hosts about 30,000 inhabitants. The principality prides itself for its very luxurious hotels and an ultra modern skyline of ultra modern sky-scrappers. The area in Montecarlo, around the cathedral and the palace is of great interest. Not to be missed is the Oceanographic Museum classified amongst the main ones in Europe.
