Italy is a country of cycle racing and Liguria is a paradise for the more or less sportive cyclist.

The cycling classis Milan - San Remo attracts cycle enthusiasts from all over the world.
The mountainous area is very suitable for race bike courses at different levels.

Mountainbike trails are found both on the coast as in the hinterland.

For a leisurely bike ride with the family follow the "Pista Ciclabile" along the old railway line from Ospedaletti to San Lorenzo al Mare. The route runs across a flat area along the coast and is not open for fast traffic. Along the route you can not only rent regular bikes, but also multiple bikes or even roller skates.

In Dolceacqua in the Nervia Valley starts a cycle path along the Nervia. There is a cycle path from Camporosso to the coastal road in Camporosso Mare.
