I Balzi Rossi
In the shallow sea caves with their typical red colour, the remains of the prehistoric man, the Homo
Erectus where found. Italian and French archeologists have found stone objects and jewelry
belonging to the "Cro Magnum" man.
The finds are exhibited in the Museo Nazionale Preistorico.
In addition fossil remains can be seen that bear witness of the climate change in the course of
time.
